Blank white screen
Won’t work even after restarting mac, deleting and reinstalling multiple times. Just shows as an unresponsive blank screen. Fix your stuff, Acellus, if you force an app to be used at least make sure it functions.

Great Design but Buggy Features Needs Fixing
I’ve been using the Acellus app for a while now and overall, it’s pretty good. The new design looks great and makes the experience more enjoyable. However, there are a few issues that need attention. If students are required to use this app daily, it should be updated monthly to fix bugs and improve security. For example, when I comment in Science Live, the audio glitches and continues playing in the background, forcing me to reopen the feature. Also, the classmate search function seems broken. it suggests users, but typing a name doesn’t return any results. I hope the developers prioritize regular updates to keep the app running smoothly. It has a lot of potential, but it needs consistent maintenance.
I can’t do my work
Its nothing just a blank white screen can’t even do my work do y’all even care about that or just the fact my mom pays 79 dollars monthly for this fix your app I just want to learn
App doesn’t work, rude support
App doesn’t work and hasn’t for some time which was fine until they started forcing the app on us. Especially when the app doesn’t work. Even better when support is rude when my wife calls for help with their broken app (on 9/25 at 11am if the company would like to deal with that).
Coding glitched me out!

Terrible App
I've wasted lots of time helping my kid navigate the app that at time won't allow required answers to be typed in, etc. Learning shouldn't be frustrating. The previous web based options were better.
SO MANY BUGS!!
Acellus, FIX YOUR APP! As a 10th grade student, it should not be this complicated to watch a 10 minute video, The video either is always pausing by itself every 30 seconds, (Not exaggerating) or the audio cuts out completely!! It is so irritating. I am just trying to do my work. Please fix all these bugs and glitches.
needs serious work
I have two mac computers both are running updated software, apps are also fully updated but the app will not let me sign in as a parent, a pop up appears stating that the app needs updated which it is already updated and there is no other update I can install. Another issue that has been ongoing, my children cannot do any writing assignments on the mac computers, this seriously needs addressed.
Does not operate properly
Since Acellus has switched to the app, my son is having trouble with completing his assignments. The app will not go on to the questions. It keeps repeating the video over and over and he is not able to complete the coursework for the day which puts him behind for the week. It is Wednesday now and he has just finished completing assignments from Monday. We have tried multiple troubleshooting steps but still no luck and not able to advance on to the next assignment. I understand the app is new and of course kinks are going to need to be worked out, but hopefully we can get this fixed soon due to the website no longer being an option.
Videos looping
My son is very frustrated because this is an ongoing issue. Acellus academy told me I was the only one. the issue is that after the lesson video plays, instead of going to the lesson, the video restarts. I have Called many times and no one seems to know how to fix the issue. My son is unable to do his school work.
Unoperational
Ever since Power School went app only, it’s been disastrous trying to get my son to be able to complete his lessons. When we first started using Acellus a year ago, we had the same problem and Tech Support instructed us to use the website via Chrome, and guess what? No issues. But now that the website is no longer available, the app still does not work well at all. Specifically, his language arts class repeats the teaching videos and does not transition to the questions. I have sat here and replayed a video 7-10 times trying to get it to finally transition with little to no success. And calling and or emailing tech support is no help. I’ve called twice to no support staff answering forcing me to leave voice mails that have yet to be returned. And the contact email I sent through the website resulted in a reply from someone that obviously did not read my email, as it asked for information that I included in the original email to which I pointed out sending a screen shot with highlighted portions showing the information that they requested. I still am waiting on a reply from that. Overall, the app is not fully functional and tech support is useless. It’s truly an act of congress trying to get my son to be able to complete his daily lessons ever since August 11.
Does NOT Work Properly
If I am going to be forced to use an app to access my account, or for my child to access their classes, the app needs to be functional and it simply is not. I tried resetting my GoldKey but was rerouted and so now everytime I log in I have to reset my account through an email code. When I click on links, they don't always open. Sometimes they take me to a blank page for awhile before it loads the actual page. My internet connection is fine and I just updated the app. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed ASAP.
Questions won’t start
Downloaded the Mac app and I’ve watched the video multiple times, the questions won’t load. How am I supposed to do my work?
Can’t Do My Work
I tried to log into the Ocellus website today, but it forced me to instead download the app for my Mac, and I did. I logged in and started doing my schoolwork and everything was going fine. After finishing the first session video that I completed on the new app, it wouldn’t take me to the problems I needed to complete next and stayed on the same screen that the video was playing on. I refreshed the page and it restarted the video over and it’s saying I haven’t completed any steps. Once I finished the video AGAIN, it wouldn’t let me access the problems. I hit the back button to go to the home screen, then hit the class again, AND GUESS WHAT? THE VIDEO STARTED OVER AGAIN! I HAVE WATCHED THE SAME LESSON VIDEO 3 TIMES AND IT STILL SAYS 0 STEPS COMPLETED!!! I know that the Mac app is new and they’re still working out bugs, but there’s nowhere I can go to report a problem on the app and it will no longer let me long into my account on their website; the only way to now access Acellus on laptops/desktops is through the app. The app that doesn’t work. I do have the app on my phone, but I prefer doing my work on my laptop. They desperately need to fix this and they need to fix it now.
Required to use outdated app
The school took away the ability for students to log in via a web browser and forced everyone to use an app that they barely upkeep properly. The people who run this business are paranoid over reddit trolls and have snitches watching everything that is discussed on socials. Use at your own risk.
Makes me watch lesson video over and over before answering questions and completing lessons on macos
The app and website both made me watch the lesson video up to four times before I could complete the lesson questions and material. Very frustrating to be forced to watch the same video numerous times before being promoted to answer questions.
Problem with app
In many of my classes it replays the same video and will not move on to the questions. Nobody will answer me and I have had this problem for over a year.
Best school program imaginable for your kids
As a studedt of this program the program gave me a chance to experience home school life in the best way imaginable.Ever sence ive been in acellus academy my writting scores have inproved so as my math scores.
doesnt work
I have been watching the same video over and over again and nothing works. I can’t go to the answer part of the work. the video will finish and it’ll just stay there. I dont know what to do.

Its a good app, but.
When im watching a video during a lesson, whenever its finish it usually goes straight to the questions. But since the latest update, it keeps restarting the video. Making me constantly watching the same video not being able to make progress in the lesson.
truly an amazing schooling program
It's easy to use and I've learned so much in 2 years then I have ever learned in high school. I'm so happy Acellus gives me an amazing education.
Acellus is a very fun app for me to learn and improves skills.

Never works
I hate paying of a service I never recieve. The video is always down and their customer service people are clueless as their tech team. This app worked last semester until they changed the look of the app. They made mistakes and have yet to fix them. Honestly, don't waste your money on this company. It is unfortunate because the teachers are really good, but the app and the website are terrible and inconsistant.
Videos won’t move forward
I like this app but it is not working properly and no way to reach anyone for help. The videos will not move forward after playing them. What is going on with this app.

I do schooling on this app
This app makes it super easy to pass my grades. They offer help in lesson qestions and even let you do extra credit/extra points after any test!! I love Acellus for this! There's no lag or bugs, just smooth sailing!!
i would recomend mainly for 7th graders
my 13 year old son blew through these quizes EASY and learned new things every idk if my son is a genius or the quizes are just really easy 5 stars for sure!

app problems
This app does not work. Ever since this terrible update i can no longer log into certain subjects, and yes i have cleared the cache repeatly. I haven't been able to do my school work in weeks because of this. It's ashame this took 5 year's to make because there sure are a lot of bugs.
My Problem.. But ...
I can't figure out why, but periodically while I'm using Acellus, it automatically signs me out even when I'm in the middle of watching a lesson video... Other than this, I love Acellus and it has helped me tremendously in academics and I really appreciate everything it has made easier in my education!

This is amazing for my 6th grade math I love all the classes ad they intregue you by talking about intresting things such as food!You should have fun its not about work really its more of a game in this in math you get to play math games and because of ythat that is my favorite class of my 8 classes!
